What are your fees?

Intake initial therapy session: $200.00

55-minute therapy session: $175.00

Life Coaching: $150.00/session

Spiritual Direction: $100.00/session

LICSW Supervision: $80/session

Do you offer an initial consultation session?

Yes, I offer a free 30-minute first consultation so we can discuss if working together is a good fit and explore the logistics such as cost, time, resources, and expectations.

Do you accept health insurance?

I am mainly a private pay provider which means I am not an in-network provider currently for any insurance companies. This is a deliberate choice on my part as there can be barriers and limits to using your insurance. It may be possible that I can be an out of network provider and some portion of the cost for therapy could be paid by your insurance. We will discuss this at our first meeting.  

How do you take payment for services?

I currently use Venmo, cash or check.

Where are you located and do you work in person or remotely?

My office is in S. Minneapolis and I work both in person or remotely via Zoom. 

What hours are you available?

I generally work 8am-6pm and some evenings.
